Walter is a native Oklahoman and has 22 years of experience having been admitted to the practice of law in 1981. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and his law degree from Oklahoma City University. Walter is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice before Oklahoma Courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Walter has a general practice with a heavy emphasis in bankruptcy law.
